What can you do to improve battery life:

-reduce the display brightness to a minimum accepted.
-set data connection timeout to 1 minute so that will automatically disconnect if there is no data activity.
-turn keypad tones to off.
-stop any active sync automatic schedules.
-Do not wait until your battery runs on low power.You should charge it as often as you can.
-from time to time, charge the battery using your electric charger and not the USB connection.
